Having traveled for business and pleasure all my life, and usually being the one to make all the arrangements, I decided to try French Escapade. From beginning to end it is by far the most organized, fun, creative experience ever. All the details are taken care of so you can just enjoy the instructors, the group, wonderful hotels and dining experiences. I am picky about all of that, but I have just signed up for my 10th trip with them. I think that says everything!!

I am a frequent Travel Art Retreat attendee but this was my first time doing a French Escapade adventure (2025). This experience exceeded every expectation I had. French Escapade went above and beyond to make sure participants were well taken care of.
The quality of instructor, venue, accommodations, food and cultural activities surpassed other events I have been to. The other extra bonus was having TWO guides accompany us on the journey. Both Marie and Teresa were warm and friendly and made sure that all of our needs were met.
The hotel was located in a perfect setting and you could tell that great care and attention went into the planning of this trip. The breakfasts were hearty and the included dinners were tremendous — truly the best I have ever had in a group setting on an art retreat.
It was clear to me that professionalism combined with a lot of love are the heart and soul of French Escapade and they clearly have the perfect formula!
